1 on 1 basketball training

Individual sessions consist of no more than 2 players for 1 hour in length.  At the initial session, clients will go through a series of drills in order to assess their skill level.  Athletes will learn the fundamentals of the sport including passing, dribbling, shooting, and defense.  Additional skills will be taught including finishing at the basket, moving without the ball, and playing with their back to the basket.  Athletes will also improve their basketball IQ and develop confidence on and off the court.

Individual Sessions:  

Pay as you go - $85 per hour

Packages:

5 sessions for $400

10 sessions for $750

16 sessions for $1,175 (good for 60 days after purchase) 

*Ultimate Package

12 sessions (2 hours each session) for $1,800 (good for 30 days after purchase)

3 times a week in a single month (one hour of basketball and one hour of physical fitness)

Group basketball training

Group sessions consist of 3 or more players for 1 hour in length.  At the initial session, all players will go through a series of drills in order to assess their skill level.  Athletes will learn the fundamentals of the sport in a more team-like environment.  The players will work with each other in order to learn how to pass, dribble, shoot, and play defense in a game setting.  Athletes will also improve their basketball IQ and develop confidence on and off the court.

Group sessions: 

$50 per person for 3 or more people

Packages:

5 sessions for $235 per person

10 sessions for $450 per person

Team Coaching/ Training

  • Do you have a pre-existing basketball team that needs a Coach?  We can coach your team on how to play together, build team chemistry and cohesiveness, and how to implement offensive and defensive plays. We will also assign players to their rightful position on the team where they can excel both individually and as team players.

  • Looking for a Trainer to train your team? We can train and develop your team on how to shoot, pass, dribble, and play defense. In addition, we will work on improving the athletes’ strength and conditioning for a better Proformance. We will also teach your team how to play both mentally and physically tougher, how to play together, and how to know each other's strengths and weaknesses as a team.
